Terms & Conditions
As a customer of Enchanted Elegance Jewelry, it is your right to at all times feel safe and secure with your transaction.
Here are a few terms and conditions you need to be aware of. Your purchase from our business is an agreement to abide by these terms and conditions:
1 - IF YOU SELECT "CUSTOM" METAL OPTIONS OR MAKE A CUSTOM REQUEST, THE ADDITIONAL PRICE FOR THESE SELECTIONS IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND INVOICED SEPARATELY FROM THE ITEM PRICE. WE DO NOT STOCK MOST SPECIALTY COMPONENTS, AND THEY ARE SPECIAL ORDERED UPON REQUEST/ORDER BY CUSTOMER, AS THE PRICE OF THESE ITEMS VARIES BY MARKET VALUE. NO ITEM WILL BE CREATED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE, EXCEPT WHERE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
2 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
3 - All sales from Enchanted Elegance Jewelry and Decor lines include 1 Year Repair ( 1 Year Repair does NOT apply to Shepherd's Hook Crafts or Ye Olde Treasure Shoppe). 1 Year Repair covers the REPAIR of items damaged either in shipping or through normal wear, up to 1 year after initial purchase. However, if beads are lost, there may be a minimal supply cost for replacing higher priced beads and findings (ie, Sterling Silver or gold, and precious stones). Please return as many of the original components as possible, in order to avoid these costs. Plated metals and common gemstones, glass, and shell are covered without additional costs, in most cases. 1 Year Repair also covers free shipping up to $10.
1 Year Repair does NOT cover deliberate destruction or "hard wear" (constant tugging, twisting, etc). Repairs can still be performed for these damages or situations, but customer is responsible for the cost of both supplies and repair time, at $2/hour repair time. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs, in these situations, unless written agreement otherwise is reached.
4 - ALL returns for repair require a valid receipt -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Please make certain you print and retain a copy of your order page or invoice. If you require a gift receipt to supply with a gift, please contact us.
5 - Unless special customization is requested, or other contact is made via e-mail with another date, all items are shipped within 1 week of purchase. Often, shipping is as soon as 48 hours after payment is received.
6 - All Custom Orders MUST be paid for within 5 DAYS (1 Business Week) of Completion Invoice (invoice sent upon completion of requested item). Failure to either pay invoice or contact us with a reason we agree to delay remittance requirement (in writing) for will result in forfeiture of designed piece, as well as any previously invoiced supply costs (for specialty metals or components).
All Stock Orders (items ordered as available through web store without specialty components) placed via e-mail or other means EXCEPT through the web store MUST be paid within 48 hours of Completion Invoice. Failure to either pay invoice or contact us with a reason we agree to delay remittance requirement (in writing) for will result in forfeiture of designed piece.
